Privacy Policy for ailias

Last updated: 2026-05-26

ailias is an offline-first party word game. We collect the bare minimum required to run the service:

• A random device identifier (created on first launch, resettable by reinstalling) — used only for daily quota and to remember purchases.
• Your IP address transiently — used only to throttle scripted abuse; stored for at most one hour, never logged.
• Custom theme text, if you type one — sent to Google Gemini (with Anthropic Claude as fallback) to generate words. Cached on our side for up to 7 days then deleted.
• Purchase records from the App Store / Google Play — kept up to a year so we recognise your purchases across reinstalls.

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, advertising IDs, or any analytics/crash data. We do not sell or share your data for marketing. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Data is processed by Cloudflare (backend), Google + Anthropic (AI), and Apple + Google (IAP and device attestation). No other third parties.

To request deletion of your device record before its natural expiry, write to oleg.wrs+ailias@gmail.com.
